One to One Summer Programme For Lawyers
One-to-one sessions for lawyers who want to communicate clearly, advise with precision and grow internationally, built around your area of law, your practice and your goals.

Does the way you communicate reflect who you are as a lawyer?
You have the knowledge, the experience and the expertise. But in international settings: meetings, negotiations, calls and day-to-day professional situations, it can be hard to express yourself with the same precision and authority you have in your own language.
These sessions will help you bridge that gap. Together we will work on the situations that matter most to you and build a communication strategy that supports where you want to go in your career.
This programme is for you if you’re a lawyer in:
Law firm or sole practice
You advise international clients, work with foreign lawyers or operate across jurisdictions and want to communicate with the authority your expertise deserves.
In-house
You work with international partners, senior management or cross-border teams and want to express yourself with clarity and confidence in every professional situation.
International organisation
You operate in a multilingual environment, represent your organisation externally and want your communication to match the level at which you operate.
What Can I help you with?
We’ll focus on what matters most to your professional development and international career:
- Communication in legal practice
Whether you work with international counterparts, advise across jurisdictions or represent your organisation externally, we’ll work on expressing yourself with precision, clarity and the authority your expertise deserves.
- Negotiations, meetings and presentations
From cross-border negotiations to board presentations and internal meetings, we’ll work on the language, structure and confidence you need to communicate effectively in high-stakes professional situations.
- Career development and cross-border work
Whether you’re preparing for a new role, expanding your practice internationally or looking to position yourself more strategically, we’ll work on how you present yourself, your experience and your value.
When should you book a Session?
Here are some of the most common situations my clients bring to these sessions:
Reflecting Your Expertise
You have the expertise and the experience, but in international settings, it can be hard to express yourself with the same authority you have in your own language. You want that to change.
Job interview
You’re preparing for a job interview with an international law firm or organisation and want to feel fully prepared: practise your answers, role play the interview and get feedback.
Career Development
You’re ready to take the next step internationally, want your communication to reflect that and would like to discuss and brainstorm your options with someone who understands the legal world.
Rebuilding your professional communication
You’ve been away from an international environment for a while and want to get back to communicating naturally and effectively.
Meeting preparation
You have an important meeting, negotiation or presentation coming up and want to feel prepared and in control.
Asking for promotion
You’re planning to ask for a promotion or pay rise and want to communicate your value clearly. Maybe you’ve done that before and want to try again.
Building a personal Brand
You want to establish yourself as an international lawyer at conferences, in publications or on social media and communicate your expertise with the authority it deserves.
New clients & Business Development
You’re expanding your practice or developing new international business and want to communicate your offer and make the right impression from the start.
What does a Session look like?
Every session is structured around your situation: practical, focused and built entirely around what you do and what you need.
Needs Analysis
We start by looking at your practice, your working environment and the situations where you want to communicate more effectively. We talk about who you work with, what challenges you face and what you want to focus on.
Your Sessions
No generic content, no textbook exercises. We work on what you bring: preparing for a presentation, planning a call, reviewing a document, discussing how you communicate with international counterparts or thinking through how to develop your practice. Every session is different because every lawyer’s situation is different.
Follow Up
After each session you’ll receive written feedback, notes and practical suggestions based on what we covered so you can apply them straight away and come back to them in the future. I will also send recommendations, resources and anything else that might be useful for your practice.
What will you gain from these Sessions?
These sessions are designed to make a difference to your professional life, not just during our time together but in every international situation you face afterwards.
A clearer, more confident way of communicating in international settings, one that reflects your experience and expertise and prepares you for the situations that matter most: meetings, negotiations, presentations and interviews.
Practical tools, expressions and approaches drawn from real legal practice that you can use straight away and come back to, tailored to your area of law and the way you work.
Insights and perspective from someone who works internationally as a lawyer and understands the professional and cultural challenges from the inside.
